We have a 14-day return policy.
The product must be in its new condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up)
or damaged we will not refund you the purchase amount. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn
prior to being returned.
The return shipping cost is on your behalf.

If your return is accepted, you will get instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned goods will be refunded. If you want to receive the product in another size, you need to create a new order.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Special price offers (free delivery, discount codes) can only be exchanged for another product or gift card.
